Wellness starts with cultivating love and light in your life: and for me, I’ve found that being conscious of my physical and mental wellness is a great place to start. I always try to be very mindful about ingredients: whether that is in the food we eat, the skincare and makeup we use on our  bodies, the products we use in our homes. I’ve always believed that the best things you can put in and on your body are the simplest ingredients from nature. Here you’ll find organic recipes, non-GMO snacks and foods, clean makeup and skin products that are free of icky preservatives, sulfates, and parabens, as well as methods I use to reflect, unwind, and find gratefulness in each day — as well as finding ways to bring mindfulness into my workspace and home through thoughtful design.
